Please note - the Year 6 to 7 Enrolment process uses the Department for Education and Training's Year 6 to 7 Transition Guidelines and Timeframes.

An official Enrolment Form will be provided when placement is offered. Please note, this is different from the Enrolment Enquriy Form.
Our school follows the Department of Education’s Enrolment Policy for the enrolment, placement, and transfer of students.
Students who live within the school zone are guaranteed a place at our school. To find out whether you live in zone, visit findmyschool.vic.gov.au
All other applications will be considered subject to available space, and prioritised according to:
- students with a sibling at the same permanent address who are attending the school at the same time
- all other students in order of closeness of their home to the school.
Required Documents
Required documentation includes:
- Completed enrolment form
- Evidence of identity and date of birth (for example, a birth certificate or passport)
Fully completed and accompanying documentation can either be dropped off to reception, or emailed to: buckley.park.co@education.vic.gov.au
Prospective students and their parents are invited to attend an interview with one of our staff.
YEAR 7 in 2025
Offer of a place at the College will be forwarded to the successful applicant for Year 7 in 2025 by Wednesday 17 July 2024. Subsequent second round offers may be forwarded depending upon availability.
YEARS 8 – 12
Families will be notified shortly after the interview if a place is available.
All places are offered at the Principal’s discretion.
YEAR 7 IN 2025
Successful applicants for Year 7 in 2025 must return the Year 7 Placement Acceptance Slip to their child's primary school by Wednesday 7 August 2024.
YEARS 8 – 12
Applicants for Years 8-12 must return the Enrolment Acceptance Agreement documentation to the College by the date indicated in the offer letter.
YEAR 7 IN 2025
Once enrolment is secured, families will receive an invitation to attend a Parent Information Evening, Student Testing Day and Orientation Day in Term 4.
YEARS 8 – 12
Families receive a commencement kit and students start their transition program at the College as led by our Student Wellbeing Leaders.
